		<description><![CDATA[Here&#8217;s a story I heard about Walt Disney. When Walt was presenting Carousel of Progress to investors, they were thrilled. Walt, not so much. He urged them to come back in a couple weeks to see it again. When they returned, the attraction was the same &#8212; except that Walt had added a funky animatronic dog.
That dog made the attraction go from great to memorable. Walt tried to up the ante in his park and movies, and urged his peeps to do the same. He wanted everyone to include a small, visual nugget that would tickle people and keep them looking for more. He likened it to dangling a carrot in front of a mule &#8212; but instead of a carrot, he called it a &#8220;wienie.&#8221;

		<description><![CDATA[Easter is less than a week away (followed by Tax Day but let&#8217;s focus on the good things, okay?). I was thinking about Easter this morning during prayers, and then I got to thinking about the commercialization of Easter and all the symbols. Which led me to think about Easter eggs.
I&#8217;m not talking about the colored eggs, the chocolate eggs, or the candy eggs. (Although now that I put that in my head I&#8217;ll be craving them all day.) I&#8217;m talking about the hidden Easter eggs &#8212; the hidden message kind. I love those! More than chocolate eggs&#8230;mmm, dunno. But I love the hidden messages, the inside jokes, and all those. Like when you spot Stephen King in one of his movies. Or a sly, quick reference to something in the &#8220;real world&#8221; when you&#8217;re reading a book. Or all those Hidden Mickeys at Walt Disney World!
