I’m so excited, I could just bust.

Or maybe that’s just because I ate too much for breakfast and my pants are tight. But I don’t think so. I think it’s because we just scheduled our First Camping Trip of 2010. Squeeeeee!

Destination: Charleston, SC. We’re going to be doing some volunteer work. Bagging oysters. Or maybe counting them. I’m a little unclear on the details. But nevertheless, we’ll be doing our part to help the environment. And we’ll be camping. Doesn’t get better than that.

Well, you’d think it wouldn’t get better. But I think it will. Looks like there’s a great aquarium down there, too, that we’ll check out. And then geocaching is mandatory. We’ll have to hit the ocean — even if it’s cold, Sir Buffalo and Mister Steel can’t resist getting in the Atlantic every chance they get. And…camping! Oh, happy, happy, joy, joy!

We’ve still got a bit of time before departure, but I’ll have to start a countdown clock on the site. Because I know you’re just as excited as I am.
