Healthy Ways to EAT

Hello, bloglings! Sir Buffalo Sushi here.

It does seem like all of my posts are about food, oh well. Ever since the 4th of July, we’ve been eating well… Not really a diet, but a attempt for better health. It’s pretty easy. Except we can only have soda twice this week, once next week, and once the week after that plus it has to be sugar free. And we go out to DQ only once a month to get the blizzard of the month.

But there’s a good side, too. Like last night, I REALLY wanted a hot dog, but I resisted and had strawberries, cottage cheese, cantaloupe, and granny smith apple.

Here’s more good meals: (that are even Sir Buffalo Sushi approved)
Peanut butter sandwich with banana in it
Salad with ranch and sunflower seeds
Really good buffalo chicken pizza (I’ll send you the recipe if you send me two stamps for my collection, I don’t care if they’re used)

Sorry, I can’t post a picture because the thing’s having a malfunction.

    Isn’t it fun to eat healthy!! All those juicy strawberries and cantaloupe! Shhh, don’t tell anyone what you had for breakfast the last day you visited you grandparents.
